Duties:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV cameras and other security equipment
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activities
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
- Must possess a valid Security Officer license/certificate
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies
- Familiarity with first aid, CPR, and conflict management techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
